● High-Pressure Air Spray Watering

Water for the polisher is atomized under high pressure and injected into the polishing chamber, ensuring uniform and stable water distribution on the rice surface. By regulating the pressurized moist air, it improves and resolves issues of surface damage or unevenness during polishing, guaranteeing a smooth and clean surface for all rice grains.

● Automatic Water Inlet Control Device

To prevent machine clogging due to excessive water or material during startup, this machine is equipped with an automatic water inlet control device. The water pump automatically shuts off when there is no material or excessive feed. It automatically activates when the material flow reaches a certain level.

● Rational Air Suction System

The main unit operates under full negative pressure. During polishing, a large amount of air enters the polishing roller, causing the rice grains to float loosely in the whitening chamber. Simultaneously, it extracts the bran powder and a significant amount of moist, hot air generated during polishing out of the machine, reducing the humidity and temperature of the rice. This results in a glossy surface and extends storage life.

The polishing roller, bushing, propeller, and screen are all made of wear-resistant materials, extending service life. After polishing, the rice grains exhibit a smooth surface and fine texture.
